How We Calculate the Score

The G.A.I.A. Index combines evaluations from the 6 dimensions into a global score.

1

Dimension Assessment

Each dimension is evaluated through multiple questions with standardized scales (0-5 or adoption scale).

2

Score Calculation

Responses are normalized to a 0-100% scale per dimension, considering the relative weights of each question.

3

Global Score

The final score is the weighted average of the 6 dimensions, representing the organization's overall AI maturity.

4

Classification

Based on the global score, the organization is classified into one of the 5 maturity levels.
